Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, ordered by the BUYER electronically from the SELLER's website www.paytoskip.com.

ARTICLE 3 - CONTRACT SUBJECT PRODUCT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The BUYER declares that they have read and been informed about the basic characteristics of the product subject to the contract, the sales price, the payment method, and the preliminary information regarding delivery on the website www.paytoskip.com, and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2. By accepting this agreement, the BUYER accepts and undertakes that they will be under payment obligation if they place an order and that they are over 18 years of age.

4.3. The product subject to the contract is a digital product (code, e-pin, game currency, etc.) and does not require physical delivery. Delivery is made instantly to the email address provided by the BUYER or to their membership account on the site.

4.4. In case of incorrect entry, loading to the wrong account, or sharing with third parties of digital products (Game Code, E-Pin, etc.), the responsibility entirely belongs to the BUYER.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCEPTIONS

5.1. In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation; "Services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" are among the exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

5.2. Since the game codes, e-pins, digital balances, and in-game services sold by the SELLER are "single-use" and "copyable" by nature, after the order is completed and the product is delivered, THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED, CANCELLATION AND REFUND CANNOT BE MADE. The BUYER declares that they have accepted this matter in advance when placing the order.

ARTICLE 6 - COMPETENT COURT

In the application of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or SELLER are authorized.
