User Agreement

1. Definitions/Parties
Site/Paytoskip: The website consisting of the domain name Paytoskip.com and its sub-domains, owned by PAYTOSKIP BILISIM HIZMETLERI LTD (SLBT No: 00001743) residing at Halil Toprakci Sokak Lal Court 1 Apt D3 K.Kaymakli, Nicosia /Cyprus.
Service: A set of digital (virtual) products and/or activities providing any benefit that can be purchased through Paytoskip and/or utilized via Paytoskip. Examples of services offered by Paytoskip include product listing services, intermediary services, representation services, distributorship, etc. Examples of services that can be offered for sale on Paytoskip include game accounts, game e-pins, game codes, streamer support payments, etc.
Product: Goods and/or Services.
User/Member: A real or legal person who is a member of Paytoskip and benefits from the Services offered on Paytoskip under the conditions specified in the agreements on Paytoskip.
Seller: A User who offers for sale to other Users, Products of which they legally hold ownership and have the right and authority to dispose of the ownership, by using the Services offered on Paytoskip.
Buyer: A User who purchases Products offered for sale by Paytoskip or a Seller, by using the Services offered on Paytoskip.
Sales Representative: The authorized person assigned by Paytoskip to an order/transaction for the seamless completion of the Services offered on Paytoskip.
2. Subject and Scope of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms, rights, and obligations of the Member benefiting from Paytoskip.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. Member Information Accuracy
The Member accepts, declares, and undertakes that the personal and other information provided during membership to Paytoskip is true and accurate before the law, and that Paytoskip shall immediately and fully compensate for any damages incurred due to the falsity of this information.
3.2. Password Security
The Member cannot give their Paytoskip membership password to other persons and/or organizations. The right to use the said password belongs exclusively to the Member. Paytoskip reserves all rights to compensation and other claims against any claims and demands that may be put forward by third parties or authorized authorities against Paytoskip due to such unauthorized use.
3.3. Legal Compliance
The Member accepts, declares, and undertakes from the outset to comply with legal regulations and not to violate them while using Paytoskip. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise shall bind the member entirely and exclusively.
3.4. Prohibited Activities
The Member cannot use Paytoskip in any way that disrupts public order, is contrary to general morality, disturbs and harasses others, for an unlawful purpose, or infringes upon the intellectual and copyright rights of others. Furthermore, the member cannot engage in activities (spam, virus, trojan horse, etc.) and actions that prevent or hinder others from using the Services.
3.5. Member Views and Opinions
The ideas and thoughts declared, written, and used by members on Paytoskip are entirely the personal views of the members and bind the owner of the views. These views and thoughts have no interest or connection with Paytoskip. Paytoskip has no responsibility for damages that may be incurred by third parties due to the ideas and views declared by the Member, and for damages that may be incurred by the Member due to the ideas and views declared by third parties.
3.6. Data Security Disclaimer
Paytoskip shall not be responsible for unauthorized reading of member data by unauthorized persons and for damages that may occur to member software and data. The Member has accepted in advance not to claim compensation from Paytoskip for any damage they may incur due to their use of Paytoskip.
3.7. Unauthorized Access
The Member has agreed not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without permission. Otherwise, the legal and criminal responsibilities arising therefrom shall belong entirely to the member.
3.8. Violation Consequences
The Member who violates one and/or more of the articles listed in this User Agreement shall be personally responsible criminally and legally for this violation and shall hold Paytoskip harmless from the legal and criminal consequences of these violations. Furthermore, in case of such a violation, if the matter is brought to the legal arena, Paytoskip reserves the right to claim compensation from the member for non-compliance with this User Agreement.
3.9. Account Termination Rights
Paytoskip always has the right to unilaterally restrict, close (ban), or delete the Member's membership; and to destroy files, documents, and information belonging to the customer, when necessary. The Member accepts this disposition in advance. In this case, Paytoskip has no responsibility.
3.10. Connected Account Closure
In the event that any User with a membership on Paytoskip or any other User connected to this User violates this User Agreement or the Sales Agreement, all connected User accounts will be closed. If there is a Paytoskip balance in the closed accounts and no victimization has occurred as a result of the actions taken by the relevant Users, the User will be contacted, and a refund will be made to their bank account and/or through the loading method they used. Otherwise, the relevant balance amount will be used to cover the victimization without the need for any prior notice.
