1. Definitions / Parties

Site / Paytoskip: The website residing at the address Halil Toprakci Sokak Lal Court 1 Apt D3 K.Kaymakli, Nicosia / Cyprus, consisting of the Paytoskip.com domain name and its subdomains, owned by PAYTOSKIP BİLİŞİM HİZMETLERİ LTD (Registration No: 00001743).

Service: A collection of digital (virtual) products and/or activities providing any benefit that can be purchased via Paytoskip and/or used through Paytoskip. Examples of services offered by Paytoskip include product listing services, brokerage services, representation services, distributorship, etc. Examples of services that can be offered for sale on Paytoskip include game accounts, game e-pins, game codes, streamer support payments, etc.

Product: Goods and/or Services.

User / Member: Any real or legal person who is a member of Paytoskip and benefits from the Services offered on Paytoskip under the conditions specified in the agreements on Paytoskip.

Seller: A User who offers Products for sale to other Users using the Services offered on Paytoskip, legally holding the ownership of said Products and possessing the right and authority to dispose of such ownership.

Buyer: A User who purchases Products offered for sale by Paytoskip or a Seller using the Services offered on Paytoskip.

Sales Representative: An authorized person assigned by Paytoskip to an order/transaction to ensure the smooth completion of the Services offered on Paytoskip.

2. Subject and Scope of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms, rights, and obligations of the Member benefiting from Paytoskip.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.0. Membership Capacity and Age Limit The Member accepts, declares, and undertakes by approving this Agreement that they are over the age of 18 (eighteen), possess the legal capacity to perform legal transactions, and have reached the mental maturity to understand and accept the terms of the Agreement. Paytoskip prohibits those under the age of 18 (minors) from becoming members of the site. In the event that the Member misrepresents their age, all legal, criminal, and financial liability that may arise belongs exclusively to the Member (or their legal guardian/trustee). Paytoskip reserves the right to immediately close accounts and freeze balances upon detecting non-compliance with the age limit.

3.1. Accuracy of Member Information The Member accepts, declares, and undertakes that the personal and other information provided to Paytoskip during membership is true and correct before the law, and that they will immediately and fully indemnify Paytoskip for any damages that may arise due to the falsity of this information.

3.2. Password Security The Member may not give their Paytoskip membership password to other persons and/or organizations. The right to use the password in question belongs solely to the Member. Paytoskip reserves all rights, including indemnification and other claims, against any claims and demands that may be brought against Paytoskip by third parties or competent authorities due to such unauthorized use.

3.3. Legal Compliance The Member accepts, declares, and undertakes to comply with legal regulations from the outset and not to violate them while using Paytoskip. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise shall bind the Member completely and exclusively.

3.4. Prohibited Activities The Member may not use Paytoskip in any way that disrupts public order, violates general morality, disturbs and harasses others, serves an unlawful purpose, or infringes upon the intellectual and copyright rights of others. Furthermore, the Member may not engage in activities (spam, viruses, trojan horses, etc.) or actions that prevent or make it difficult for others to use the Services.

3.5. Member Opinions and Views The ideas and thoughts declared, written, and used by Members on Paytoskip are entirely the personal opinions of the Members and bind the owner of the opinion. These views and thoughts have no affiliation or connection with Paytoskip. Paytoskip is not responsible for damages that may be incurred by third parties due to the ideas and opinions declared by the Member, nor for damages that may be incurred by the Member due to ideas and opinions declared by third parties.

3.6. Data Security Disclaimer Paytoskip shall not be responsible for the unauthorized reading of member data by unauthorized persons or for any damages that may occur to member software and data. The Member has agreed in advance not to claim compensation from Paytoskip for any damage that may arise due to the use of Paytoskip.

3.7. Unauthorized Access The Member agrees not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without permission. Otherwise, the legal and criminal liabilities arising from this shall belong entirely to the Member.

3.8. Consequences of Violation A Member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this User Agreement shall be personally liable, criminally and legally, for such violation and shall hold Paytoskip harmless from the legal and criminal consequences of these violations. Furthermore, in the event of such a violation, if the matter is brought to the legal arena, Paytoskip reserves the right to claim compensation from the Member due to non-compliance with this User Agreement.

3.9. Account Termination Rights Paytoskip has the right to unilaterally restrict, close (ban), or delete the Member's membership at any time, and to destroy files, documents, and information belonging to the customer when necessary. The Member accepts this disposition in advance. In this case, Paytoskip bears no responsibility.

3.10. Connected Account Closure If any User with a membership on Paytoskip or any other User connected to this User violates this User Agreement or the Sales Agreement, all connected User accounts will be closed. If there is a Paytoskip balance in the closed accounts and no victimization/loss has occurred as a result of the actions taken by the relevant Users, the User will be contacted and a refund will be made to their bank account and/or via the loading method used. Otherwise, the relevant balance amount will be used to compensate for the victimization/loss without the need for any prior notice.
3.11. Identity Verification (KYC) and Transaction Limits: To ensure platform security and comply with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and local MASAK requirements, Paytoskip mandates Identity Verification (KYC) for all transactions (including but not limited to deposits, purchases, or withdrawals) that reach or exceed a threshold of $300 (Three Hundred US Dollars), whether performed as a single transaction or cumulatively. The Member acknowledges and agrees that Paytoskip reserves the right to request such verification for any transaction deemed suspicious, regardless of the amount. Access to services, account balance, or withdrawal of funds may be restricted until the KYC verification process is successfully completed and approved.
