The exact completion time depends on your existing progress, cumulative dive score, unlocked upgrades, required Angler Pearl amount, fish rarity availability, creature spawns, treasure locations, and current order volume.

Abyss Anglers is an underwater activity introduced in World of Warcraft: Midnight Patch 12.0.5. It takes place in the depths off the northeastern coast of Zul’Aman.

During each dive, players can:

• Harpoon aquatic creatures of different rarities
• Remove protective Scales from stronger fish
• Fish from underwater Abyss Bubbles
• Catch small creatures using specialized nets
• Collect Sunken and Ancient Relics
• Explore the Shallows and the Trench
• Earn cumulative dive score
• Safely surface for a score bonus
• Receive Angler Pearls based on their final score

There is no fixed limit on the number of dives that can be completed, allowing achievement and currency progression to continue without waiting for a daily entry reset.

Ka’bubb is a cosmetic capybara companion inside an air bubble. It does not participate in pet battles but can be summoned as a permanent companion.

To unlock Ka’bubb for purchase, the Abyss Anglers: All Blue Angler achievement must be completed by capturing a fish of every required rarity:

• Common
• Uncommon
• Rare
• Epic
• Legendary
• Mythic

The Full Event Completion package includes the required rarity objectives and the purchase of Ka’bubb from Depthdiver Tu’nakit.

Ensemble: Abyss Angler is a Warband-bound cosmetic set that adds the appearances of the Green Diver Suit Ensemble to your collection.

Once learned, its appearances become available through your Warband transmog collection. It is a cosmetic outfit and does not provide combat statistics or additional underwater abilities.

The service includes the achievement requirements and acquisition of the available Abyss Anglers diving upgrades, including:

• Reinforced Joints: Grants access to the Trench
• Depthdiver’s Used Tank: Increases maximum Oxygen to 125
• Fathom-Tested Tank: Increases maximum Oxygen to 150
• Depth Grease: Increases swim speed in the Shallows
• Pahk Trench Fins: Upgrades the suit and increases swimming speed
• Nalorakk’s Breath Tank: Increases maximum Oxygen to 200

These upgrades improve future Abyss Anglers dives but do not provide the same bonuses during unrelated underwater content.

The Full Event Completion package unlocks the tools required for all major Abyss Anglers activities:

• Shallows Net: Allows small aquatic creatures to be caught
• Triple-Thread Net: Unlocks additional creature types
• Finnow Chum: Unlocks Uncommon Abyss Bubble catches
• Plecofin Bait: Unlocks Rare Abyss Bubble catches
• Murkskimmer Meat: Unlocks Epic Abyss Bubble catches
• Pressurized Eyeglass: Allows Ancient Relics to be collected

Unlocking these tools is necessary for several advanced achievements and reward objectives.
