⏱️ Completion time depends on the selected tier, number of runs, Delve layout, character item level, class, specialization, seasonal modifiers, objectives, and requested add-ons.
Lower-tier runs can generally be completed more quickly. Tier 8–11 runs may take longer because of stronger enemies, more demanding mechanics, and higher survivability requirements.
A more precise estimate is provided after confirming your selected difficulty and number of runs.
03🔸 What Are Delves?
Delves are short, instanced World of Warcraft adventures designed for one to five players.
Each Delve contains enemies, exploration objectives, environmental mechanics, encounters, and a final boss. Delves provide an alternative progression path alongside dungeons, raids, and PvP.
Completing them can award equipment, crests, Undercoin, gold, Great Vault progress, Delver’s Journey progress, achievements, and seasonal collectibles.
04🔸 Which Delve Tier Should I Choose?
Choose Tier 1–3 for introductory progression and learning the basic mechanics.
Choose Tier 4–6 for intermediate character progression and improved rewards.
Choose Tier 7–8 for efficient Great Vault and standard equipment progression. Tier 8 reaches the maximum standard Delve Great Vault item level.
Choose Tier 9–11 for harder challenges, advanced crests, Delver’s Journey rewards, achievements, and Azta’rec-related progression.
05🔸 How Does Delve Great Vault Credit Work?
Qualifying Delves contribute to the World Activities row of the weekly Great Vault.
Reward slots are unlocked after completing the required numbers of qualifying activities, generally at 2, 4, and 8 completions. The item level of each slot is determined by the relevant completed difficulty.
Tier 8 or higher can provide a Great Vault choice up to 305 item level, Hero 1/6. The Great Vault becomes available after the weekly reset, and only one reward can be selected from all unlocked Vault choices.
06🔸 Do Tiers 9–11 Give Better Gear Than Tier 8?
Not from the standard Bountiful Coffer or ordinary Great Vault item-level progression.
Tier 8 already reaches the standard Delve Great Vault ceiling of 305 item level. Completing Tier 9, Tier 10, or Tier 11 does not raise the standard Vault reward above this level.
Higher tiers remain valuable for more advanced Mistcrests, Delver’s Journey bonuses, seasonal achievements, special progression rewards, and the Azta’rec Nemesis challenge.
07🔸 Can I Add the Azta’rec Nemesis Achievements?
Yes.
Azta’rec objectives are available as optional add-ons for eligible characters with the required Delve progression and difficulty access.
Available challenges may include My Venomous Nemesis, Purging the Poison, and Let Me Solo Him: Azta’rec. These can award the Apophic Patagia back appearance, the Poisonous title, and the Apophic Soul Crusher mount.
The highest Azta’rec challenges require Tier 11 access and must be completed before the relevant Midnight Season 2 deadline.
