Yes.
Reins of the Leyfeather Hippogryph is the direct reward for completing Glory of the Legion Hero. The mount is permanently added to your account-wide collection when all required criteria are completed.
It does not depend on a random dungeon drop.
06🔸 Must the Achievements Be Completed on Mythic Difficulty?
Yes.
Glory of the Legion Hero specifically requires the listed dungeon achievements to be completed on Mythic difficulty. Heroic, Normal, and Timewalking runs do not provide valid completion credit for these criteria.
07🔸 Does the Service Unlock an Artifact Weapon Appearance?
Completing Glory of the Legion Hero unlocks a color tint associated with the Valorous Artifact appearance.
Your character must also have the relevant base Valorous appearance from the Balance of Power progression before the additional tint can be used. Completing this service does not automatically complete the Balance of Power questline.
