Junkmaestro’s Magnetomech is the direct reward for completing Glory of the Liberation of Undermine Raider and does not depend on a random boss drop.
The mount is not awarded when purchasing only specific achievements unless those completions finish all remaining meta-achievement criteria on your account.

Select the specific achievement option and choose any missing criteria. Your existing progress will be reviewed so that already completed achievements do not need to be repeated.
The required bosses and encounters will depend on the achievements selected in your order.

No. Gear, tier pieces, and transmog items are chance-based raid drops.
Your character will be eligible for suitable loot from the bosses completed during the service, subject to the current loot system, raid difficulty, weekly lockout, class eligibility, and random drops.
The meta-achievement and Junkmaestro’s Magnetomech are guaranteed with full completion; raid gear is not.
