This guide prioritizes speed over exploration. If your goal is to enjoy the story and complete side objectives, you can still follow this guide but take your time.

1. Getting Started

🔸Step 1 – Create a Character Preset

If you spend a lot of time in character creation, save your design to one of the 5 preset slots so you can reuse it for alts. 

🔸Step 2 – Choose Your Class

When you enter Trixion, interact with the Prophecy Book to test subclasses before choosing. Once ready, click “I choose this destiny” to lock in your class.

🔸Step 3 – Skip the Prologue

Skipping saves about 20 minutes. Click the skip option in the top left after arriving in Trua, the Forgotten Land.
You won’t lose the Arthetinean Engineer’s Goggles permanently — they can be earned on another character and transferred within the same class archetype.

2. Optimal Leveling Path

From 1–50, focus exclusively on Main Story Quests (orange icon). Ignore all other quest types unless required.

🔸Zone Order:

1. Rethramis – After saving Prideholme, accept “Learning About Pets” from Guide Quests (J). Complete it to get a free pet for auto-looting.
2. Yudia
3. West Luterra
4. East Luterra – After the Sea of Gienah unlocks, hide Finding the Arks quest. Sail to Tortoyk and follow the new Main Quests.
5. Tortoyk
6. Anikka
7. Arthetine – You’ll reach level 50 here. Continue to North Vern to unlock endgame content.

3. Leveling Optimization Tips

🔸Skill Efficiency
 

• Use AoE skills on large enemy groups. Avoid wasting strong skills on single mobs.
• Invest skill points to fully upgrade a few key abilities for bigger power spikes.

🔸Potion Management

• Save HP Potions (percentage heal) for raids.
• Use Apprentice Healing Potions while leveling.

🔸Dungeon Strategy

• Always run Normal Mode for story dungeons — faster, same XP as Hard Mode.
• Solo them for quicker clears (enemy HP scales with party size).

🔸Song of Escape

• From Tortoyk onward, use Song of Escape to exit dungeons instantly when quests continue outside.

🔸Don’t Overkill

• Monster kills give negligible XP. Only kill what’s needed for quests. Tagging mobs another player is fighting counts toward objectives.

🔸Accessories

• From level 18+, accessories become a major DPS boost. Prioritize Crit and Specialization.

🔸Combat Items

• Use grenades and consumables on dungeon bosses.
• Swiftness Robes speed up movement before you unlock mounts.

🔸Life Skills

• Skip them until endgame. Early focus should be on Logging and Mining if you choose to gather.

4. Extra Time-Saving Tips

• Dismantle old gear for fewer inventory slots used.
• Assign emotes, songs, mounts to your hotbar for quick access.
• Teleport to Triports directly from the map (Alt + Left Click).
• Use autorun (Caps Lock) for long treks.
• In the open sea, set auto-paths (Alt + Left Click) and grab barrels for ship boosts.
• You can teleport directly to ports via the World Map “Ready to Sail” button.

5. Summary Leveling Flow

• Follow Main Story Quests only until Arthetine.
• At level 49 + ~545,000 XP, sail to North Vern — you’ll hit level 50 there.
• Mount up whenever possible.
• Focus damage on grouped mobs with AoE skills.
• Equip accessories ASAP and prioritize Crit/Specialization.
