How Long Are Your Personal Data Stored?
The storage period of your personal data is as follows:
- • Data of members who do not make any sales on the site, only make purchases or load balance, will be processed and stored for at least 6 months from the last transaction date.
- • Data of members who make successful sales on the site will be processed and stored for at least 3 years from the last sale date.
Validity
The Disclosure Text will be valid from the date it is published by the Data Controller. The Data Controller may make changes to the Disclosure Text when necessary.

- • You have the right to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with this purpose.
- • You have the right to know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad.
- • You have the right to request correction of your personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly.
- • You have the right to request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions foreseen in KVKK legislation.
- • You have the right to request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
